Business Problem — The Sales Order Header form has numerous fields on multiple tabs, only some of which are needed. Users must tab through unused fields or click around them, plus also click onto other tabs. This is time-consuming and could increase the number of errors at order entry.
Objective — Provide users with a single tab, simple-to-use SO header revisions form.
Outcome — All the necessary fields have been combined onto one tab in this form, and the tab sequence is updated to flow better for users. This has enhanced the user experience and improved productivity, and decreased data entry errors.
