Business Problem — To create a new user account users would have to navigate 15 fields when only 4 fields were required for entry.

Objective — Remove unused fields and simplify form to allow for faster data entry.

Outcome — Using the personal form option enabled the IT team to create a form with only the four required fields. Administrations no longer have to tab through the unused fields to complete the form., thereby decreasing the time necessary to create a new user profile.
