Integrations

The customer is happy with and relies heavily on the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CRM applications.

The customer also uses integration between JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CRM and Microsoft Office on a local Exchange server. Migrating to Office 365 has broken the customer’s former integration between JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CRM and Exchange.

Objective — Rebuild the integration between JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Microsoft Office using modern integration methods.

Outcome — The customer used Orchestrator to rebuild Office 365 integration to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne using the Microsoft Graph API. For example, a user can create an activity in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CRM, and the activity will be sent as an appointment in Office 365. The result of the solution is a rapid and cost-effective migration from on-premise Exchange to Office 365 while maintaining the customer’s usage of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CRM.
