A stable and predictable long-term support policy enables customers to maximize and expand their existing investments with ample time for future planning. They can gain access to new features and capabilities as updates to their existing 9.2 release without having to upgrade and run the same application on-premises or in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS).

Lifetime Support for your Oracle Applications Unlimited Products

Oracle Premier Support provides comprehensive maintenance and software upgrades for your Application Unlimited products through at least 2032, on the current continuous innovation releases.

Oracle will not discontinue offering Oracle Premier Support on Applications Unlimited products’ continuous innovation releases for on-premise applications prior to 2032 and are committed to annually reviewing whether or not to extend the Oracle Premier Support offering for an additional year on such continuous innovation releases for on-premise applications.

Oracle’s Lifetime Support Policy puts you in control of your update strategy. Applications Unlimited products allow you to add functionality without upgrades when you are on the continuous innovation release.
