Maintenance planners would like an easy way to find all maintenance work orders that used a specific item.

Objective — Allow users to search work order history by item.

Outcome — An EnterpriseOne Search was created to search the item number, description 1, and description 2 fields on the WO Parts List business view. As a result, the system returned all WO’s along with a link to the Maintenance WO Entry program, allowing users to drill into further details of a selected WO.
