The customer’s field representatives act as a sales force, but they don’t have access to customer information when they are out in the field.

They don’t need a full mobile CRM system, and they don’t have JD Edwards skills. They just need a simple way to get customer information from JD Edwards.

Objective — Get access to customer data from JD Edwards EnterpriseOne while field representatives are out in the field.

Outcome — Using a proprietary mobile platform, a set of mobile applications, which call orchestrations to retrieve customer data from JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. The mobile application allows quick and simple access to customer information: physical address, Who’s Who, Email, phone, as well as the ability to add new contacts or edit existing ones. The mobile app integrates with maps, calling, texting, and email.
