Allari is proud to have been the selected Partner for a global material science company to provide global JD Edwards, Optio and Database Administration support for over 3,000 users in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia via our IT-as-a-Service delivery platform. This will allow the majority of the customer’s support team to transition over to the 5-year SAP implementation project.
Our team in the US, Central and South America, Europe and Asia will provide JDE functional, development, CNC, DBA and management expertise and work with the remaining customer’s support team to ensure JDE will continue to be effective, improve and adapt to business needs for as long as needed.
Allari’s experience with JDE, Team of Teams approach, collaborative tools, customer focus and longtime distributed workforce experience were all criteria for Allari’s selection as partner.
Our 21st Century Service Delivery Platform will allow us to meet demand for JDE support services as it initially ramps up and then ramps down as each group of users move from JDE to SAP over time. Our data driven approach will capture all work effort that will be reviewed with our customer so our resource needs match demand.
