The current applications have data on multiple tabs and the flag to show this is a Lessee lease is on a different tab from the base tab.

Users would need to perform multiple clicks to ensure their lease is entered properly and this very important flag may be missed.

Objective — Provide a single tab on the application to contain all base information needed for a non-property lessee lease to improve the user experience and reduce data entry errors.

Outcome — Customer created a form personalization combining all needed fields for a non-property Lessee lease onto a single tab. This improved the user’s experience as well as reduced data entry errors.
