Objective — Synchronize customer account data with the customer portal and provide bidirectional integration points to Oracle Field Service Cloud.
Outcome — With orchestrations client was able to integrate to Oracle Fields Service Cloud to synchronize work orders, inventory, labor, etc. Also, the number of calls to the call center has decreased significantly because customers can now self-service request deliveries via the customer portal.
