To enter or view an Address Book entry’s address, users must click on a second tab to view the street address details.

Objective — Provide a simpler user interface to see the main address book information in one tab.

Outcome — With the use of a personal form, the Address Book, Mailing and Additional 2 tabs were combined into one tab, which have given users a faster and easier-to-use interface to enter or view this information.
