Outcome — Analysts leveraged the out-of-the-box Benefits Manager UX One Landing Page by adjusting several query components attached to Watchlists, reorganizing the Analytic Components, and using the Springboard. The UX One Role and Landing Page catered to the company’s own business processes, is now used for processing ACA requirements, from a centralized access point, in a manner that is more efficient than ever before.
