Build a multilingual support team around the work

What changed: Allari assembled a multilingual JDE support team and connected its delivery platform with the customer’s service desk, bringing triage and specialist work into a coordinated service.

Specialists were carrying the front-line support load

An industrial and automotive manufacturer needed JDE support for users in the United States, Mexico and Canada, across shifts and weekends. Internal Level 3 business analysts were triaging tickets and handling Level 1 and Level 2 requests while project work competed for attention. The Mexico operation also needed more Spanish-speaking IT support.

Assemble the team around the operating need

Allari assembled a multilingual team spanning support management, dispatch, JDE functional and development expertise, CNC, database support and Level 1 technical resources. Together, the team provided support across a 24/7 timeframe, with a clear route from the user’s request to the specialist who could act.

Treat language as part of the support design

Spanish-speaking support for Mexico was part of the operating need. Allari built multilingual capability into the team alongside technical expertise, coverage hours and escalation. Users’ communication needs became part of how the service was organized.

Connect the work without losing the customer’s context

Allari connected its Service Delivery Platform with the customer’s service-desk system so requests and issues appeared in both. Communication, captured knowledge and resolution information remained in the customer’s service desk, while Allari’s platform provided time and cost analysis. Dispatch coordinated intake and routed requests to the relevant specialists.

A multilingual service organization behind the internal team

The multilingual team and connected service arrangement gave the customer’s Level 3 analysts more room for management and business projects. Front-line requests could be triaged and routed to the right specialist through a shared delivery process.

Enterprise expertise. In your team’s language.

A shared language helps the team understand the requirement, explain the options and follow the work through. Allari brings that communication together with the functional and technical expertise needed to deliver, within one coordinated relationship.
