Carry a regional tax change from requirements to production setup

A regional requirement needed coordinated delivery

A manufacturer’s Singapore operation needed its JD Edwards GST configuration prepared for an upcoming change. The requirement needed clarification, the configuration needed testing, and users needed support checking the behavior. Allari brought those responsibilities together through the 2022 delivery.

Clarify the requirement with the people using the system

Allari’s functional specialist reviewed the existing GST setup, followed up with the user and held a requirements-clarification call. The specialist then configured GST in the validation environment, tested the setup and supported user testing. Repeat validation when the environment changes

A database refresh meant the validation setup had to be recreated. Allari configured and tested it again, then completed production setup in November. The specialist carried the requirement through the environment change and back into a tested configuration.
