Managing Partner
Since 2000, Ravi Madhavan has driven Allari’s tech innovation as Managing Partner, delivering 80+ IT transformations. With ERP and business intelligence expertise from Grant Thornton and Johnson & Johnson, he empowers IT leaders to cut chaos and lead strategically—proven by a manufacturer’s 40% backlog cut.
Ravi aligns Allari’s Operating System to five strategies: empowering teams by offloading IT tasks, ensuring operational excellence with 99%+ Change Success Rates, delighting clients with precision, controlling costs for financial strength, and optimizing through continuous improvement. Degrees from Georgia Tech (BAE Aerospace) and USF (MSE Industrial) fuel his vision.

Managing Director, Global Operations
Since 2014, Chris Metzger has fueled Allari’s growth, doubling operational capacity by 2020 as Head of Global Operations. With expertise in business development and operations, he pioneered transparent IT support, now leading global solutions that cut chaos and exceed expectations.
Chris empowers teams and builds client trust, refining Allari’s pillars—people, processes, technology—for seamless service and continuous improvement. His innovative approach transforms IT operations worldwide.

Milton Suarez

Since 2012, Milton Suarez has propelled Allari’s innovation as Managing Director, leveraging 15+ years as a System Architect to deliver 80+ IT transformations. He crafts secure, scalable IT frameworks—cutting chaos, balancing stability, and driving strategic impact for clients.
With a BS in Computer Science and MS in Cybersecurity, Milton steers complex projects and high-performing teams, aligning tech with business goals. His vision? Cost-efficient IT that transforms.
